1- I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Plug Cosmetics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

2- How can I check the status of my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

3- How does the preorder process work?

Pre orders are items that are not in stock, however you are placing an order for and the product will be shipped once it arrives in our warehouse. Please pay attention to product pages to see whether they are a pre order product or not. If so, the description will give you the proper information in regards to lead and shipping time.
